The information you provide to us is used to process your order and to be able to contact you regarding your order if necessary. If you choose this in the checkout, your contact details can be stored to save you having to type these in again for repeat orders. We do not store your credit card details. We at aardvarkfootwear.co.uk will send you occasional emails with updates or offers, unless you indicate you do not wish to receive these. Just contact us to take you off the list. Pricing
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling.
Delivery
All items displayed on our website are in stock unless otherwise indicated. You will be notified if for any reason we are unable to supply the required product. Your order will be delivered by the courier you choose during the ordering process. We can only deliver to the address given at the time of the order. We cannot cancel any orders once they have been dispatched. Any orders refused on delivery, returned to us due to attempted delivery and not collected thereafter, or incorrect address details will incur a redelivery/return fee. This fee is equivalent to the postage payable for your order and is payable by payment transfer.
Important
Please ensure that the address details submitted are correct and complete with post code/zip code to enable delivery. We cannot be held responsible for non fulfillment of orders due to inaccurate information supplied to us. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to industrial action, civil unrest or similar.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not anticipate returns from our customers as we are satisfied our products are of excellent quality and value for money. Occasionally however, we understand that faults may occur. If you have received an order from us which is faulty we will initiate a refund. If you simply change your mind you must inform us of this within twenty eight days of the product being dispatched with the product reaching us unworn and in original condition. Please contact us, stating your reason for returning your product, prior to returning any order. We will then inform you of the returns process.
Customer Service
We aim to offer a prompt, efficient and courteous service to our customers. If our service or products fall below our high standards and those you would expect from an exemplary company, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We will contact you in due course, if appropriate.
UK Orders
You have the option of using Royal Mail or Interlink Express to deliver your order. If you choose Next Day delivery this is deemed as the day after your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Unless the next day falls on a weekend then it will be the next business day.
International Orders
If you wish to place an order but do not know your UK equivalent shoe size follow these directions:
1. Measure your current shoe sole in cm's from the front to the rear of the heel.
2. Using our sizing charts choose your correct size in cm's (sole).
3. If we do not have a sizing chart for that particular model contact us quoting the model reference number and your (local) shoe size. We will then look into that for you.
Your order will be dispatched using the courier you choose during the ordering process. The shipping charge will be based on the delivery option you choose during the ordering process, the delivery destination and the weight of your product. We reserve the right to refuse any international order at our discretion.
Payments
Our customers have the option to choose PayPal or credit cards to pay for their orders. To order using credit cards you need to use PayPal and then select the credit or debit card option. You can shop and order safe in the knowledge that all information is encr/yted to ensure its security. We do not have access to your credit card details. All major credit cards are accepted.

Our web site links are listed as a convenience for our visitors. We carefully review every site. Our directory goal is to present valuable resources. If you use these links, we take no responsibility and give no guarantees, warranties or representations, implied or otherwise, for the content or accuracy of these third-party sites. Any links which are referred to us must have a reciprocal link back to our homepage. We will delete any non-complying links without further notice. We reserve the right to decline any links at our discretion.
